A.C.T. By Deese "Foremost in Fitness" have a special needs niche - patients who suffer from Parkinson's Disease can take part in a program (with their physician's approval) called "Parkinson's Turned On" which gives them strength training and improves balance.

Gina & her husband Prince's program is beneficial for people with movement disorders that includes Parkinson's Disease. Other programs are available that address special needs conditions like MS, Fibromyalgia, etc.

Here you can view a video taken at one of their Parkinson's classes - they used this video for a presentation to a group of Neurologists in order to demonstrate how their program is benefiting their special needs clients:
